Semi Permanent Make Up or Micro pigmentation is the infusion of hypo-allergenic colour pigments into the upper layers of the skin, to mimic the appearance of perfectly applied make up. It differs from a traditional tattoo in that it is literally just a scratch on the surface of the skin, a normal tattoo goes much deeper, hence the reason it’s lasts forever. Semi Permanent Make Up gradually and slowly fades over time, hence the reason it is “Semi Permanent”.

So why should we have it?

Obviously, it’s very convenient, whether you lead a busy lifestyle or for when you are on holiday, maybe you have vision problems and find make up difficult to apply, or maybe, like a good 70% of women, you have a distinct lack of eyebrow hair, and are fed up of the daily ritual of pencilling in your eyebrows. Maybe you just want to look good and feel better about yourself without resorting to injectables of surgery.
As we age we start to loose the colour and definition from our lips, the eyebrows hair becomes sparse or non-existent and the colour pigment in the hair shaft fades. The eyelashes suffer the same fate . By putting back that lost definition in your eyes, eyebrows and lips, it is amazing the difference that can be made, and how much younger you can look and feel.

So what’s available?

Eyebrows – created with natural hair stroke simulation. Literally tiny little individual hairs are expertly drawn within an existing brow, or to re create a non-existent eyebrow. It looks so like a real eyebrow, that no-one would ever know.
Eyes – A natural eyelash line enhancement, to make your eyelashes look denser and thicker, or a traditional eye line for those who prefer a more “made up” look. Expertly applied, the the ultimate in waterproof, smudge-free make up!
Lips – Lips are given back their natural contour with a lip line, and then the colour is blended through the whole lip, to give a beautiful youthful colour and definition which looks great with a high sheen gloss!
